About the Role

Granite Kitchen Makeovers is a premier Adelaide kitchen transformation and joinery business based in Stepney. We provide complete residential fit-outs covering custom cabinetry, laundries, vanities, and engineered stone overlay benchtops.

Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a dedicated Stone Benchtop Installer to take charge of our residential installations across Adelaide.

This role is strictly focused on stone installations — measuring, dry-fitting, leveling, and securing high-quality stone benchtops, laundry tops, and vanity surfaces.

If you are an experienced stone overlay fitter with robust carpentry skills, this is the perfect end-to-end role for you.

Wide-ranging, Quality Work: High-end residential kitchens, laundries, and custom joinery across Adelaide (no commercial site churn or interstate travel).
Support & Logistics: Access to company vehicles/utes and dedicated factory support for all site deliveries.
Product-Specific Training:



Hands-on training on our specific stone overlay and template systems.

Key Responsibilities:
On-site installation of stone benchtops for kitchens, butler’s pantries, laundries, and bathroom vanity tops.
Precision dry-fitting, scribing, seam-setting, colour-matching, and seamless joint finishing.
Handling undermount/top-mount sink cut-outs, cooktop drop-ins, tap-hole drilling, and splashbacks.
Reading plans, verifying on-site templates, and ensuring accurate level and overhang alignments.
Delivering professional, respectful service in clients' private homes and leaving job sites clean.
Assist with factory prep/assembly and site logistics when needed.
Maintain clean, polite, and qualified customer communication in clients' homes.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven hands-on experience as a Stonemason or Stone Benchtop Installer (essential).
Strong knowledge of natural, engineered, and porcelain/overlay stone products and adhesives.
High attention to detail with seam clamping, polishing, and join blending.
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and White Card.
Full Australian working rights.

A remuneration package will be offered that will reflect your level of experience
