We're working with a well-established Tier 2 developer-builder who is looking for experienced Finishes Foremen across several of their major Sydney projects.
With multiple high-rise residential and mixed-use developments underway, ranging from $400m to $600m, there's plenty of work ahead and some genuinely impressive projects to be involved in.
And here's what makes this prospect particularly worth considering. There's a explicit career pathway from Finishes Foreman into General Foreman and ultimately Site Manager. If you've got the ambition and ability to step up, this is a business where you can build a long-term career rather than having to move companies to progress.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the finishes on your allocated sections, working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team to drive the project through to completion.
You'll be responsible for:
Coordinating finishing trades and subcontractors across site
Driving the finishes program and keeping trades on track
Managing quality,
defects and inspections
Ensuring apartments and common areas are delivered to a high standard
Working closely with site management to resolve issues and keep the project moving
What We're Looking For:
You'll need proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on large-scale, multi-storey residential construction projects.
You'll know how to manage multiple trades, maintain quality across a busy site and keep the finishing stages moving without compromising safety or workmanship.
We're particularly interested in Foremen who want to progress, take on greater responsibility and work towards running their own sites in the future.
Why Consider It?
With several major projects underway across Sydney and a substantial pipeline of future developments, this is an chance to join a builder offering long-term work, major project exposure and genuine career progression.
