The Opportunity: Join a high-performing, globally connected agency delivering large-scale B2B and some B2C experiences across Australia, the US and Asia-Pacific. You'll own projects from ideation through to reconciliation, driving creative excellence, financial performance and seamless execution. Working closely with creative, strategy and digital teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to exceptional standards. With strong business growth and global exposure, this role offers both stability and progression within a genuinely collaborative culture.

Location: Sydney (hybrid)

Who Are You:
9+ years' experience in B2B events, experiential or integrated production
Minimum 5 years in a Producer role
Strong financial management skills (budgets, forecasting, reconciliation, profitability)
Experienced across live, technical and digital production
Confident managing suppliers and stakeholders
Solutions-focused,



process-driven and highly organised
Solid communicator who thrives in quick-paced agency environments
Comfortable mentoring junior team members
