Northern Health in Melbourne’s northern suburbs is seeking a part time Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist for a rotational role across our six campuses, based initially at Kilmore District Hospital. This position supports acute, maternity, and mental health services with weekend and public holiday rotations.

You will provide evidence-based, patient-centred pharmaceutical care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in registrar training programs.
