Total Ag Solutions is seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a Parts Interpreter, you will support our agricultural equipment customers by accurately identifying and sourcing the right parts for their needs. What you'll be doing
Interpret customer enquiries and identify the appropriate parts required for their agricultural equipment.
Source and procure the necessary parts from our inventory or through our supplier network.
Provide advice and guidance to customers to ensure they receive the correct parts for their needs.
Maintain accurate records and inventory controls to ensure effective parts management.




Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our parts management processes and systems.

What we're looking for
Experience as a Parts Interpreter is not essential. We encourage applications from candidates with transferable skills from other industries, including retail, automotive, warehousing, logistics, customer service, or trades. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than previous industry experience.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide explicit and helpful advice to customers.
Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
