We are proud to be partnering with a high-growth, mid-market qualified services firm to appoint its next Chief Operating Officer.

Having achieved significant growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, the business is entering an exciting current phase focused on scalable growth, operational excellence, and the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance performance and client outcomes.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering this agenda. Leading from the front, you will drive organisational change, bring people on the journey, and ensure the firm is well-positioned for its next stage of growth.

With a broad enterprise-wide remit, you will oversee Finance, IT, Business Development, People & Culture, and Marketing, ensuring these functions operate cohesively to support strategic objectives.

We are seeking a commercially astute executive with broad operational leadership experience.

You may have started your career in finance and progressed beyond a traditional CFO remit, or you may already be operating in a COO, CEO, GM or EGM capacity. Regardless of your title, you will bring a proven track record of leading growth, transformation, and high-performing teams.

Experience within a people-led consulting or professional services workplace is essential, with exposure to a partnership-based model highly regarded.
