Our client is a well-established automotive parts distributor based in the Enfield area. A busy warehouse operation servicing customers and distribution centres across Australia, they are looking to appoint a hands on team leader to their team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Coordinate team workloads and maintain productivity.
Manage inventory accuracy, stock transfers, and cycle counts.
Support staff through training, coaching, and leadership.
Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Liaise with transport, customer service, and sales teams.

About You
Previous warehouse team leadership/supervisory experience.
Robust inventory and freight knowledge.




Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Forklift licence highly regarded.
