Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties in kitchen food prep areas scullery and pantries ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
Assist with food prep stock rotation and maintaining cleanliness of fridges freezers and storage areas.
Support receiving storing and organizing stock to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications :
Service oriented with an eye for detail
Time management skills with the ability to multitask
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
Versatile and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred
Ability to work a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays
