Project Managers (EL1) – ICT | Federal Government | Canberra
Multiple roles | 36-month initial contract | NV1 clearance required
Hunter Professional is looking for experienced ICT Project Managers to join a large Federal Government agency in Canberra. You’ll help modernise the agency’s technology platforms and strengthen its cyber security.
What you’ll do
Lead the delivery of ICT projects on schedule, on budget and to quality standards, using PRINCE2 or MSP
Manage project risks, issues, budgets and governance reporting
Manage vendors, procurement and stakeholder relationships
Lead and mentor project teams

What you’ll bring
Proven experience delivering ICT projects, ideally in government
Solid financial, change and stakeholder management skills
Experience with government procurement and vendor management
Robust leadership and communication skills
The ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance (Australian citizenship required)

The role is Canberra-based, with versatile working considered.
