As part of this expansion includes the opportunity to bring a Senior Hydraulic Engineer into the team.About Your New RoleAs the Senior Hydraulic Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role within the business, you will lead projects, manage clients, mentor junior engineers and help shape the future growth of the hydraulic division.
This is a permanent,



full time role based in an office in Paramatta.Key responsibilities include:Leading hydraulic design delivery across residential and commercial building projectsManaging client relationships and attending design and coordination meetingsProviding technical leadership across water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and fire-related hydraulic systemsCoordinating with architects, builders, consultants, and internal engineering teamsOverseeing construction-phase support and resolving site-based hydraulic issuesMentoring and developing junior and mid-level hydraulic engineersReviewing designs for compliance, buildability, and efficiencySupporting business growth through strong client engagement and trusted deliveryAbout YouProven experience as a Hydraulic Engineer within building services consultingStrong knowledge of Australian standards, codes, and hydraulic design principlesThe ability to work autonomously while also mentoring junior staffExperience with hydraulic design software and CAD/Revit toolsRegistration or the ability to sign off designs will be highly regardedHow To ApplyTo submit you interest please click 'Apply' or reach out to Izaac Ellings at for more information.
