you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident-centred care, and contribute to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with individual care planDevelop, implement, and evaluate resident care plansAdminister medications and treatments accurately and safelyMaintain high-quality clinical documentation and recordsSupport residents living with Dementia and those requiring Palliative CareAdhere to infection prevention and control practicesPromote a culture of safety, dignity, and respectAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered NursePrevious experience in Aged CareStrong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulationsKnowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platformsAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelyCurrent NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceA Workplace Where You BelongAt CraigCare, diversity, inclusion, and respect are at the heart of who we are.
