This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CNC machining experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.While experience operating CNC machinery in a timber or cabinet making environment is highly regarded, we welcome applications from candidates with CNC experience from other manufacturing industries who are eager to learn.About the role:Reporting to the Leading Hand, you will be responsible for operating and supporting our CNC machinery to manufacture furniture components to specification, quality and production requirements.
Key responsibilities include:Operate CNC routers and flatbed machinery safely and efficientlyRead and interpret drawings,



specifications and work instructionsProcess jobs accurately through production software systemsMonitor machine performance and identify quality issuesAssist with CNC programming and fixture developmentMaintain CNC program databasesComplete production records and documentation accuratelyMaintain stock and material information as requiredWork collaboratively with production teams to resolve manufacturing issuesFollow safe work practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesMaintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and serviceable conditionAbout you:We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that values quality and continuous improvement.
