The position would be full-time and would report directly to the Brewery General Manager.The role of the Brewer would be to perform day-to-day operations in the manufacturing of Beer.The chosen applicant would be responsible for but not limited to the following:Operation of the brew houseFiltration and processing of beerCellar operations including cleaning, sanitation and product transfersEnsuring a high level of quality and performing quality control and maintenance tasksRepresent the company at various eventsDeliveries when requiredThe ideal applicant would have:A passion for quality beers and ciderA strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a teamFlexible to work around production requirements
