You will play a key role in delivering high-quality security services across a portfolio of sites and events, ensuring staffing, logistics, and operations run smoothly.Duties include but are not limited to:Lead planning and coordination of major events, including bump in/out and subcontractor complianceSupport rostering function of Service Delivery Coordinators to ensure appropriate coverageCoordinate operational logistics including vehicles, uniforms, assets, equipment, and radiosManage client relationships and respond to queries or complaintsMonitor and report on KPIs, operational performance, and event outcomesAssist with operational problem-solving and provide cover for the Events Team Senior Manager as requiredSkills & experienceProven experience in events management, including crowd control planning, client liaison,
and subcontractor oversightStrong organisational and planning skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong computer literacyWell-presented, professional, and client-focusedAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended event hourFull Australian working rightsCurrent Victorian Security LicenseCertificate II in security operations or higherEmployee Working with Children's Check or willing to obtainHow to applyMSS Security is an Equal Chance Employer.
