You will support payroll, accounts payable, bookkeeping and project administration, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as you develop within the role.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly payroll for approximately 30 employees and ***** subcontractorsCoordinate employee and subcontractor onboardingProcess accounts payable and maintain accurate supplier recordsComplete bank and account reconciliationsAssist with month-end processes and BAS and IAS preparationMaintain accurate financial records in XeroRaise purchase orders and process daily labour and material docketsAssist with stocktakes and management of the asset registerSupport project managers and supervisors with project documentationProvide general project and office administration supportAssist with project costing, progress claims and retentions where requiredAbout YouPrevious experience across payroll,
