The Tumby, a historic pub on the Tweed River, seeks an experienced Venue Manager to lead operations at Tumbulgum Tavern.
Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will drive service excellence, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance while delivering memorable experiences with the local community.You will oversee a high-volume venue, develop a solid team, coordinate events and marketing, and uphold licensing and safety standards to grow the business and reputation along the riverfront.
