As a Pick Packer, you will play a vital role in our production process,
helping to maintain our high standards and support our operational goals.Responsibilities:Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.Ensure all items are checked for quality and correctness before packing.Label packages clearly and correctly for dispatch.Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required.Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Qualifications:No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of warehouse operations is advantageous.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labelling.Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items as required.
