The Area Manager will be supported to grow as a leader, empower store teams, and contribute to a workplace where ideas are welcomed and achievements are celebrated.What Your Days Will Look LikeLead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and their teams across 15 Melbourne-area stores.Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service and memorable in-store experiences.Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellence.Set and monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance targets—ensuring each store delivers on both numbers and brand standards.Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development for store teams, fostering internal progression and high engagement.Oversee inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising to maintain brand integrity and operational efficiency.Facilitate regular meetings with store leaders to communicate expectations, share insights, and celebrate successes.Collaborate with head office and cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives and support business objectives.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.What Makes You a Great FitDemonstrated experience in multi-site retail management, ideally across a mix of store formats.Proven track record in driving sales,
