From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.About the Role:An opportunity for a talented, values-driven Casual Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members.Reporting to the Area Manager, this casual role is based in Bendigo , VIC, and requires flexibility to work across our Bendigo (Whip Court), Kangaroo Flat, Strath Hill, and Epsom Salvos Stores.Key Responsibilities:Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devicesSort, price and prepare donations for sale.Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentationProvide exceptional Customer ServiceDisplay stock in correct departments, following policy and procedureFollow Occupational Health and Safety policy and proceduresDemonstrate TSA core values in all work related activitiesAbout You:Retail sales experience - highly regarded but not essentialGenuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding resultsAlignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversityHigh energy,
