About You

As aCoordinator 2 - English, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. The 2-point promotional position istemporary for up to 3 years,however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You'll bring:




expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum (focusing on English) and the application of effective learning pedagogies
robust classroom management and student well-being focus
the capacity to mentor teachers through engaging coaching strategies
ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as perAccreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.

As John the Baptist is a large four stream school, the successful applicant will be supported with full classroom release.
