You'll oversee 10 doctors, registrars, and an expanding skin and aesthetics service, driving operations, staffing, and billing performance.
You will champion AI and digital tools to streamline admin, ensure accreditation and WHS, and partner with the Group COO and central teams to realise growth goals.
