AceStack is seeking a NOC Engineer to join our in office team in Redmond, WA.
You will handle tier 1 support for software-defined network services, respond to incidents, and help deploy network capabilities across regions.
The role requires strong network troubleshooting, scripting ability, and familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and cloud concepts.
You will mentor peers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime and performance.
