Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, or 2nd/3rd Yr RN studentCurrent First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtainAn ability to work effectively as an individual and within a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to accurately document residents care/progressWillingness to undertake pre employment checks - criminal history check, functional health assessment including drug and alcohol screeningOwn reliable transport - Car + licenceWho we are?
