Evolve Housing is seeking a Property Maintenance and Compliance Coordinator to join our Property Services team on a 12‐month contract.
You will coordinate repairs, planned maintenance, compliance programs and vendor activity to deliver protected, compliant outcomes across our housing portfolio.
You will support assessments, onboarding of new properties, and ensure timely actions, robust records and stakeholder collaboration.
