You will coordinate NDIS-funded supports, liaise with participants and families, and monitor plans to ensure they meet changing needs.
Aiming to empower clients to live independently with person-centred care in a supportive team.
The role requires at least 2 years in NDIS coordination, solid NDIS knowledge, and strong communication.
