What you will be doing:
Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and work readiness.
Develop individualised rehabilitation plans tailored to clients' psychological needs.




Provide counseling and support to address mental health challenges affecting recovery.
Manage client cases, coordinating with healthcare professionals and employers.
Advocate for workplace adjustments to support clients' psychological and physical well-being.
Liaise with employers to promote mental health awareness and support in the workplace.
Offer vocational counselling to help clients overcome psychological and physical barriers and set career goals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.
Why this role:
Salary above market ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus
$5,000 Car Allowance

What you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor
Full AHPRA registration or ASORC
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
