Mable is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join the Leap in! engineering group within the Attain Healthtech family.
You will lead multiple squads, shape technical direction, and act as a people leader reporting to the CTO.
You will mentor engineers, drive contemporary practices like trunk-based development and DevOps, partner with product and design, and ensure delivery of high‐impact healthtech initiatives across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
