You will work with a System Administrator and Head of Technology to deliver recent technologies and provide frontline IT support for around 200 users.
The role covers end-user devices, infrastructure, and software; you will resolve level 1-2 issues, log Jira tickets, and contribute to hardware rollouts and location changes while ensuring security policies and project delivery.
