About the Role:
Exciting leadership opportunity for a dynamic individual as the Business Manager for the site.
This role involves steering the success of a cutting-edge Regional Livestock Exchanges (RLX) facility, leading a team, leading safety and workplace compliance on site, ensuring seamless business operations, facility upkeep, financial and business management, and compliance with industry standards.
As the key liaison with stakeholders, including clients, community, and industry representatives, the role also presents the chance to explore and cultivate new business prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the business operations at the site encompassing:
Facility Management
People Management
Environment and OHS Management
Build and nurture relationships with clients, community and industry representatives




Explore and develop new business opportunities
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in leading teams and growing a business
Minimum of five years in management roles
Experience in facility management or working in the agricultural industry is highly advantageous
Tertiary qualifications or a diploma in Business or Agriculture (or equivalent experience)
Strong leadership and management skills
Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff
Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive
Humane Destruction of Animals (or willingness to get one)
Current Driver's License, Senior First Aid Certificate, and Firearm License (or willingness to get one)
