For many students with disability, that journey begins on the school bus.
We're looking forcaring, compassionatepeople to join us asCasual School Bus Supervisors, supporting students with specialist needs and/or intellectual disabilities to travel safely to and from school.
More than supervision, this role is aboutconnection, reassurance and care.
You'll be a trusted and familiar face, helping students feel safe, supported and valued every day.

About the Role




Casual, on‐call work duringschool terms only
Morning and afternoon school runs(split shifts, Monday to Friday)
Supporting students on Students with Disability (SWD) routes
Working closely with drivers, families, schools, and coordinators
Ensuring safe, respectful pick‐up and drop‐off of each student
Being part of a team that putscare and dignity first
Who We're Looking For
You don't need previous experience — what matters most iswho you are.This role is ideal for people who are:

Comfortable working with children with additional needs
Reliable and able to build positive relationships
You will need to be resilient and have the ability to think clearly under pressure.
This role can involve high-stress situations where students' safety and wellbeing are a priority
You'll need an active:
Working with Children Check (Employee)
First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
