About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Foreman will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
Monitor construction programmes and drive project milestones
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications
Maintain high standards of quality assurance and workmanship
Implement and enforce WHS requirements, SWMS and site safety procedures
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety inspections
Coordinate deliveries, site logistics and access requirements
Maintain site records, diaries and reporting requirements
Liaise with clients,



consultants and stakeholders throughout project delivery
Identify and resolve construction issues proactively
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Leading Hand or Site Supervisor within commercial or residential construction
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and building practices
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and construction documentation
Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Current White Card and Driver's Licence
Trade qualification in Carpentry or a related construction discipline
First Aid Certificate
Experience with construction management software such as HammerTech, Procore or similar
