In this field-based role, you will partner with our dealer network to drive performance across customer experience, parts and accessories, service operations, warranty and technical support.
Reporting to the National Field Operations Manager, you will lead dealer performance, improve customer satisfaction, support aftersales growth and ensure Kia standards are met.
