We are seeking an experiencedWindows 365 / Microsoft 365 SMEto design, implement, administer, and support Microsoft cloud and end-user computing environments.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership acrossWindows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security, while working within Australian Government security and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manageWindows 365 Cloud PCenvironments.
AdministerMicrosoft Intunefor device management, configuration, compliance, applications, and policies.
ManageMicrosoft Entra IDincluding users, groups, authentication, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity lifecycle.
Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including:
Exchange Online
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Teams
OneDrive
Develop and maintainendpoint security and compliance policies.
Troubleshoot Windows 365, Intune, Windows 11, networking, identity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
Implement application deployment, patching, configuration profiles, and device baselines.
Automate administration and operational tasks usingPowerShelland Microsoft Graph where appropriate.
Monitor service health, performance, security posture, and capacity.
Participate in architecture, migration, deployment, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and support/runbook documentation.
Work with security, infrastructure, network,



and service-management teams to resolve complex issues.
Ensure solutions align withAustralian Government security, compliance, and information-management requirements.
NV1 security clearanceor ability to obtain and maintain NV1.
Strong hands-on experience withWindows 365 Cloud PC.
StrongMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint Managerexperience.
Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
Solid Windows ***** enterprise administration knowledge.
Experience withConditional Access, MFA, device compliance, Autopilot, configuration profiles, and endpoint security.
Robust PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Experience troubleshooting complex identity, endpoint, application, and connectivity issues.
Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance concepts.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience inAustralian Governmentenvironments.
Experience withProtected / classified environments.
Microsoft certifications such as:
MS-102 - Microsoft 365 Administrator
SC-300 - Identity and Access Administrator
SC-400 - Information Protection Administrator
Experience withDefender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Purview.
Experience with Windows 365 Enterprise, Frontline, Cloud PC provisioning policies, and Azure Network Connection (ANC).
Familiarity withEssential Eight / ISMcontrols.
