The role is ideal for someone stepping up from Assistant Service Manager, Workshop Controller, or Foreman, with the drive to own a department.
You will report to the Dealer Principal, receive direct mentoring, and shape the culture of a brand current facility while ensuring service targets are met and the team grows together.
