You'll enjoy a supportive work environment, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to secure ongoing employment for the right candidate.Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 1:00pmPay Rate: $46-$52/hr + penalties (depending on qualifications and experience)Type: Casual ongoing with potential to transition into a permanent roleWhat You'll be DoingPerform welding using MIG, TIG and Stick welding processesFabricate, assemble and repair metal components and structuresWork from engineering drawings, fabrication plans and work ordersWeld and fabricate mild steel, stainless steel and other materials as requiredOperate workshop equipment including grinders, drills and cutting toolsConduct quality checks and inspections on completed workMaintain a safe,



clean and organised work areaWork collaboratively with production and workshop teams to achieve project deadlinesAdhere to all workplace health, safety and quality requirementsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a 2nd Class WelderCurrent Driver's Licence (Manual Licence preferred)Experience with MIG, TIG and Stick welding processesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong fabrication and workshop experienceForklift Licence and Construction White Card highly regardedAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screenWhy Work with Haynes?
