You'll lead a team of technicians, account managers, and support staff, playing a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to field technicians, account managers, and administrative personnel
Serve as the primary technical resource for both team members and major clients
Build and nurture client partnerships while maintaining exceptional service standards
Support business development through quoting, tender preparation, and technical solution design




Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen team engagement
Essential Requirements:
Demonstrated background in senior-level HVAC service or operations management
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (TAFE qualified)
Comprehensive technical knowledge of commercial HVAC applications
Strong people leadership and communication capabilities
Balanced approach combining technical expertise with commercial awareness
Track record in team management and service coordination
