Contract role in April **** – offering an immediate start
Look after 1 commercial asset in the CBD with occasional travel to NorthSydney
Real Estate Licence is required for this role.
Who we're looking for?
Previous experience in propertymanagement, facilities management or a related property discipline
Relevant property qualificationsor studies will be highly regarded
A current NSW Class 2 Real EstateLicence or Certificate of Registration is required
Competent in Microsoft Office anddeveloping knowledge of building operations.
Strong organisational skills withthe ability to manage competing priorities
The role:
Based on-site, you'll work closelywith senior property professionals to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation ofthe portfolio, build strong relationships with clients, tenants andcontractors, and deliver outstanding service across all aspects of propertymanagement.
This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach, strong stakeholdermanagement skills, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for bothclients and tenants.
Key responsibilities:
Support senior Asset ManagementServices team members across key client appointments
Assist in the day-to-daymanagement of two commercial office assets
Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers
Coordinate maintenance, tenantrequests, lease administration and operational matters
Prepare reports, budgets and otherproperty management documentation




Support initiatives that enhanceasset performance and tenant satisfaction
Provide leadership and mentoringto junior team members where required
Ensure properties are managed inaccordance with client expectations, company policies and budgetrequirements
