We're currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join an well-established manufacturing business based in Western Sydney.
This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with an immediate start, offering fantastic exposure for someone looking to continue building their career in Talent Acquisition.
You'll join an experienced internal recruitment team and work across a busy portfolio spanning manufacturing, operations and supply chain, with exposure to both direct recruitment and labour hire.
It's a great opportunity to get experience within a highly recognised brand, build your internal recruitment capability and work closely with hiring managers across a large operational workforce.
You'll suit this opportunity if you're resilient, responsive and enjoy an environment where priorities move quickly and no two days look quite the same.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting recruitment across mostly manufacturing, operations and supply chain positions
Screening applications and completing initial phone interviews
Proactively sourcing candidates through SEEK and LinkedIn, and other related job boards
Coordinating recruitment processes through to offer
Supporting the management of the labour hire workforce
Working closely with hiring managers to respond to recruitment requirements
Coordinating pre-employment medicals and reference checks,



as well as supporting compliance and onboarding process
Maintaining candidate and recruitment information through JobAdder
Providing regular communication and updates throughout the recruitment process
About You
Previous recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination experience
Exposure to labour hire and/or blue-collar recruitment will be highly regarded
Comfortable recruiting within a rapid-paced and reactive environment
Resilient and able to shift priorities quickly
Strong communication skills and confident dealing with a range of stakeholders
Experience recruiting within manufacturing, operations, supply chain or a similar environment would be advantageous
Available to commence at short notice
