The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth in traffic, customer acquisition and revenue contribution through data-led performance marketing strategies across Early Settler's digital channels.Reporting to our Head of E-Commerce, you'll take the lead on our paid and performance media strategy across paid search, paid social, display, affiliates and emerging channels.You will:Own the planning, execution and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across AU & NZManage media investment with a clear focus on ROAS (revenue generated from advertising spend), acquisition efficiency and commercial outcomesLead acquisition, retargeting and full-funnel campaigns aligned to trading and seasonal prioritiesPartner closely with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Retail and Category teams to turn insights into actionUse data, testing and experimentation to continually improve channel and campaign performanceManage agency partners and digital platforms, keeping performance and accountability front and centreBring clarity to reporting, attribution, forecasting and performance insightsIdentify new opportunities, channels, tools and ways of working that can accelerate digital growthWhy you'll love working with usWhen you choose to work at Early Settler,

We are looking for a digital performance marketer who enjoys being close to the numbers but knows that great performance marketing is about more than dashboards and ROAS.You'll bring:5–7 years' experience in digital marketing or performance media, ideally across retail, ecommerce, agency or omnichannel environmentsProven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable commercial outcomesStrong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display and broader digital performance channelsExperience interpreting data, analysing ROI and turning insights into clear recommendationsStrong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and prioritiesExperience managing agency partners and driving accountabilityStrong SEO and ecommerce knowledgeExperience with platforms such as Shopify Plus or equivalent, GA4, SA360, Meta Ads, Lexer and SearchspringExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, Emarsys or Dot DigitalA curious, commercial mindset and a genuine interest in testing, learning and finding better ways to do things
