We are continuously targeting project which best suit the locations of our workforce, to ensure work/life balance is maintained and employee's don't spend excessive time commuting.As an Leading Hand @ FSES, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of electrical installation and maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
You will be working with a Project Manager on each project, and the delegation of tasks/responsibilities will be managed according to the particular project.This is a full-time position, offering the chance to work with a company that always strives for the best, and places a significant emphasis on employee safety and project quality.What you'll be doingUndertaking electrical installations primarily in the commercial construction sector.Liaising with FSES project managers to ensure delivery of projects.Leading and supervising a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.Liaising with builders, clients and sub-contractors their requirements and deliver exceptional customer servicePreparing detailed work plans, managing project timelines,
