Position Descriptor:
This role provides strategic and operational leadership in daily organisation and timetabling, ensuring the smooth coordination of staff absences, lesson coverage, TRT allocation and whole-school timetable processes.
It also oversees staff induction, particularly for Early Career Teachers, and supports course counselling processes in partnership with leadership to strengthen staff capability and student pathway planning.
Please note that part time and adaptable arrangements will be considered.
