Position: Hybrid Office/Home Business Development Sales PositionLocation: BaysideSalary: Attractive Base and Lucrative Commissions $$Training: Award Winning Training ProgramsAbout the CompanyOur client in medical aesthetics devices industry is looking for a passionate Remote Sales Representatives/BDMs to help businesses grow using advanced skin treatment technology.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for following up on generated leads from the in-house marketing team, building client relationships, and selling aesthetic and medical-grade skin treatment equipment.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through warm calling and follow-ups (ongoing warm leads provided by the marketing team)Present and sell or educate our client's technology solutions to meet client needs.Manage your pipeline and work towards monthly targets.Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Marketing and Education teams on strategies and campaigns.Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in sales or phone consultive sales (essential)
with a successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Required SkillsStrong communication and rapport-building skills.Ability to work independently and meet KPIs.Preferred SkillsInterest or experience in the aesthetics devices industry (desirable, not essential).
