You'll support a broad range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows environments, user access management, hardware deployment, remote support and ERP systems.If you're passionate about technology, enjoy helping people and are looking to grow your IT career within a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to store and corporate usersProvide support across Microsoft 365 and Windows ***** environmentsTroubleshoot hardware, software, network and user access issuesManage user accounts, permissions and identity management through Microsoft EntraDeliver remote support to users across multiple locationsProvision, configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devicesSupport ERP systems, including Pronto, where requiredLog, track and resolve incidents through the service management platformAssist with IT projects, upgrades and system improvementsMaintain a strong customer-first approach and positive stakeholder relationshipsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems,
