Bayside Health, part of Peninsula Health, is recruiting a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join the Transition Care Program in Frankston.
You will assess and treat older adults across orthopaedic, neurological and respiratory presentations, working with a multidisciplinary team and families to optimise recovery and independence.
The role emphasises collaboration, career development, and service improvement within RAPPS.
