Partnering with industry-leading manufacturers and suppliers, we provide tailored solutions to maximize warehouse functionality.As a Supervisor at BORACK Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in leading teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions for our clients.
Your leadership and organizational skills will be vital in coordinating tasks, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of racking and warehouse installation projects across various client sites.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to meet project goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to specifications and industry best practices.Safety Oversight: Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, conducting regular checks to minimize risks on-site.Communication: Effectively communicate daily goals, site updates, and requirements with the crew, management, and operations using appropriate channels.Resource Allocation: Manage materials, tools, and equipment effectively to optimize project timelines and budgets.Problem-Solving:



Address challenges or delays promptly, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.Key Requirements:Proven experience in a supervisory role within the racking or warehouseStrong leadership, project management and organizational skills.Ability to interpret technical documentsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on results.Commitment to safety and quality standards.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.White Card, Forklift License and Scissors License (required).
Current Driver's License (required).
