Douglas Shire Council is seeking an experienced Ganger Construction - Civil Assets to coordinate and undertake the day-to-day delivery of Council's road, drainage and concrete construction and maintenance works across the Council's assets.
You will lead a field-based crew, plan daily works, inspect for defects and hazards, and manage budget while ensuring WHS, environmental and quality standards are met.
The role requires solid leadership and community-focused service delivery.
