We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a MineStarTM Site Manager.
This Brisbane-based role operates on a FIFO roster, working closely with key customers across multiple remote mine sites.The position follows a schedule aligned with our customer's operations to ensure strong support for both the site and the team.About The RoleAs the MineStarTM Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Command for Hauling (Autonomous Haulage System – AHS) operates at optimal performance.
You will lead a team of MineStarTM Application and Onboard Specialists, working closely with Product Support teams to deliver robust and effective technology solutions.You will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer,



managing escalations and ensuring the successful and safe operation of Caterpillar technology products on site.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong mining operations or fleet management experience, combined with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary in office contact for all MineStarTM productivity and safety initiativesEnsure the safe and efficient operation of the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS)Collaborate with Product Support teams to implement interim corrective actions for system performance issuesBuild, lead, and develop a team of site-based technical specialistsManage employee performance, training, compliance, and career developmentMonitor and drive key performance metrics, including:AHS availabilityProduction outcomesCost per tonneFleet productivitySafety performanceEnsure compliance with Caterpillar and MineStarTM policies and proceduresSupport and coordinate continuous improvement and technology projects onsiteCoach and mentor both internal staff and customer personnel on system operation and best practicesAbout YouYou are a hands-on leader with a passion for technology and operational excellence.
You thrive in dynamic environments and are confident leading complex teams in remote mining operations.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong operational experience in mining, fleet management,
