Utility Traffic Solutions Pty Ltd is currently seeking Traffic Controllers and Experienced Team Leaders and TMA Operators to join our small but growing team in Cranbourne West, VIC.
These are casual roles with consistent local work across a variety of construction and civil projects throughout the Melbourne metro region.What You'll Be DoingDepending on your experience and position, duties may include:Leading and coordinating small teams of traffic controllers on siteEnsuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic through worksitesMaintaining traffic vehicles and equipment to a high standardCommunicating effectively with site supervisors and project managersFollowing all safety protocols, TMPs, and compliance regulationsOperating Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA's) to protect road crews and the publicWhat We're Looking ForReliability and willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsSolid understanding of AGTTM guidelines, VicRoads standards, and general traffic control proceduresValid Victorian Driver's License and current Traffic Management ticketsPrevious experience as a Traffic Team Leader,
