About the Role
You'll be the face of our retail showroom—delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and driving merchandise sales in a fast-paced, lifestyle-driven environment.
What You'll Be DoingCustomer Experience & Sales
Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
Create a warm, engaging experience and build lasting customer relationships
Assist customers in selecting apparel, riding gear, helmets, and accessories
Drive sales throughproduct knowledge, upselling, and promotions
Promote new arrivals, campaigns, and in-store events




Handle enquiries (in-store and phone) professionally and efficiently
Process POS transactions accurately (cash and EFTPOS/card)
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Retail & Merchandising
Create and maintainvisually engaging, showroom-ready displays
Use your styling flair to present merchandise in a fresh and compelling way
Receive, check, and replenish stock
Maintain afully stocked, clean, and inviting retail workplace
Support stocktakes and inventory control
Assist within-store events, promotions, and HOG (Harley Owners Group) activities
What You'll Bring
Retail or customer-facing sales experience (fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or similar preferred)
Abright, confident personalitywith the ability to connect and sell
A strong eye forstyling, presentation, and merchandising
Experience with POS and inventory systems (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and acustomer-first mindset
