As Venue Manager, you'll have full operational ownership of the venue, leading from the front and setting the standard for service, culture and commercial performance.
It's a high-profile role that balances strong commercial acumen with genuine hospitality leadership, across both daily trade and events.
In the role you will:
Lead, mentor and develop a large front-of-house team




Drive revenue, COGS and labour performance
Deliver exceptional guest experiences across daily trade and events
Manage compliance, licensing and operational standards
Work closely with central leadership and support teams
What you'll Bring
A proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
A track record of achieving revenue and labour targets
Strong financial literacy and operational discipline
Exceptional service standards and attention to detail
The ability to manage high-volume service and large events
A confident communicator with strong presence on the floor
Experience in functions and events is highly regarded
Availability for a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays, plus a valid RSA
